At this public meeting, we will be joined by staff from the City's Age Strong Commission. We will learn about their work on Ag-Friendly Boston and discuss street design strategies to support people as they get older. We will talk about specific aspects of the Cummins Highway reconstruction project that incorporate age-friendly street design.

Our colleagues from the Commission for Persons with Disabilities will be our co-hosts in May. We will talk about the Commission's work overall and its role in street design citywide. We will talk about the design details we include in projects to support people with different abilities. We will share specific designs for Cummins Highway and answer your questions.

During this meeting, we will share information about how we design intersections. We will discuss the roundabout we plan to build at the intersection of Cummins Highway at Weybosset Street and Greenfield Road. We will talk about intersections that have traffic signals, too.
