Lindsey Boozer

Strategic Partnerships Manager

Lindsey Boozer joined the City of Boston workforce in 2021 and is a proud Fenway resident. She has a distinct passion for social policy and advocacy work, highlighted in her academic background through a Master of Public Policy (MPP) and a Graduate Certificate in the Nonprofit Sector, Philanthropy, and Social Change from Northeastern University. Prior to moving to Boston, Lindsey graduated from Miami University earning two bachelor's degrees in both Political Science (BA) and Social Work (BSW).

Lindsey’s past professional experience includes working for nonprofit organizations such as the National Eating Disorders Association and United Way, as well as previous congressional campaign work. Through this, she gained valuable experience in the nonprofit field and grew her interest in advancing socially driven missions through connecting the work of the private and public sectors together in partnership. As the Strategic Partnerships Manager for the Office of Youth Engagement and Advancement (OYEA), she aims to continue to build new connections between the City of Boston and the many youth-focused community organizations across the city.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys running along the Charles River, visiting Boston’s historic landmarks, and exploring the city!
