Janet Peguero, boss mom, daughter, entrepreneur, philanthropist,  and force for good.  Born in the picturesque town of Bani, Dominican Republic on June 24th… Daughter of hard-working parents that migrated to the United States, and left her in the care of her beloved grandmother. Her biggest supporter and cheerleader was a wise woman that inspired Janet in many ways, even to this day.

Janet reunited with her parents at the age of 12 in the U.S, full of dreams and hope. She went on to graduate high school, and pursue a degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College.

Janet then decides to form a family of her own, gets married, and raises 4 smart and beautiful children. 

Her career jumpstarts right after graduation with a prominent position as a … at the Bostonian Millenium Hotel in Boston, MA where she served for over 15 years. 

In 1994, after a fruitful and successful tenure in the hospitality industry, Janet decides to pivot her career and opens her own business from her mother’s basement in Jamaica Plain, MA. A commercial janitorial company that would become one of New England’s fastest-growing minority-owned small businesses. 

Selected as Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Alumni, and mentored by giants in the industry like Warren Buffet. 

Today, All Time Service Inc has expanded its services and territories served to employ over 200 people, throughout five states. A leader in its sector that serves not only its clients but also the community at large by staying involved and assisting as needed in building thriving communities. 

Faith, Resilience, and love for those around her have been key drivers to Janet’s journey as a human and professional. She has pursued success to ensure her loved ones and community grows and thrives, service is her true passion. 

When she is not been a CEO, Janet loves spending quality time with her kids and granddaughters, traveling with friends and family, relaxing by the beach, and bathing in the sunrise
