If you sign up for the Jobs Bank, we’ll give your information to contractors who work in the City of Boston. You have two options to sign up:
Before you get started online
The Boston Residents Jobs Policy sets standards for construction projects in the City. Contractors have to follow policy guidelines when hiring subcontractors or other workers.
The Jobs Bank connects residents with City of Boston contractors. We work with unions, community groups, and Boston Building Trades to find openings. The Jobs Bank also shows openings for apprenticeships and training programs.
We'll match you with unions and contractors based on your skills once you enroll. We'll give you a call and let you know when there’s an opening. We’ll also give you contact information for the company so you can get in touch and get hired!
Please make sure to tell us whether or not you get hired. We need to know if we should keep making referrals for you in the future.
Sign up through our online form
Please complete the Jobs Bank online form. Be sure to check off all your trade skills. We'll make referrals based on the trades you check off.
We'll also schedule an interview with you after you submit the form.
