Irving School Swing Space

The City of Boston acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department (PFD), 1010 Massachusetts Avenue Annex hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project.

Bids shall be on a form supplied by PFD, be clearly identified as a bid, and signed by the bidder. All bids for this project are subject to sections 26-27, 29 and 44A-44J, inclusive of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: - Irving School Swing Space project. 

The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications, to Convert the existing café into temporary classrooms and administrative space in preparation for a larger project to follow.

All filed sub-bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue Annex, on or before 12 p.m. on June 22, 2023.

All general bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at 1010 Massachusetts Avenue Annex before 12 p.m. on July 06, 2023.

Plans and specifications will be available on or about June 5, 2023. Plans and specifications are only available electronically and by requesting access for such through bid.info@boston.gov.
