The specific property is described in the Request for Proposals and is generally identified as a 215,000-square-

foot mixed-use commercial building and is the headquarters of Boston Public Schools (BPS) with approximately 500 administrative staff members, as well as the Boston School Committee public meeting. he facility, and other public engagement spaces.

The City of Boston ('The City'), acting by its commissioner ("The Official"), requests proposals for the

services and/or supplies described above, as particularly set forth in the Request for Proposals, which may be

The City has arranged a site visit on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 10:00 AM, for the interested property.

Requests for Proposals shall be available on Monday, February 20, 2023, until the proposal filing deadline. All

proposals shall be filed no later than Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 2:00 PM.
