Architectural Design Services

The contract term shall be from April 3, 2023, to April 2, 2024, in an amount not to exceed.

$100,000.00, subject to the availability of sufficient appropriation for the subsequent year. The City of Boston reserves the right to clarify, define and further negotiate the terms of this agreement during the term of the contract.

The City reserves the right to exercise two options to extend the contract. The first option will be for a one-year period from April 3, 2024, to April 2, 2025, and the second option will be for one year. the period from April 3, 2025, to April 2, 2026, subject to the availability of sufficient appropriation for the subsequent years, upon all the same terms, including the terms as to price, as the first eight-month period.  The City shall retain sole discretion in exercising the options and no exercise of the options. shall be subject to agreement or acceptance by the contractor.

The RFP will be available beginning February 21, 2023, at 9:00 am from the City’s purchasing.
