SMALL BUILDING DECARBONIZATION TECHNICAL ASST

The City of Boston, acting by the Environment Department, 1 City Hall Square Room 709, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites Request for Proposals for the project listed above.

The City of Boston’s Environment Department is looking for a partner to support the launch of its city-wide initiative to decarbonize small buildings. The goal of this initiative is to lower energy bills and carbon emissions in Boston by making energy efficiency and decarbonization resources accessible to all Bostonians. The consultant will provide program design and implementation support, expert technical assistance for Boston residents and small businesses, and education and outreach support to make Mass Save and other resources more accessible to all Bostonians.

Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement, EV00016186

All quotes for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Small Building Decarbonization Technical Asst

Proposals may be submitted as early as Monday, July 14th at 9:00 A.M. but shall be submitted no later than 5:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
