Snow Removal Services as Needed
The City of Boston, acting by the Parks Commission, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, Roxbury, MA 02118, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above, and particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bid documents.
Bid documents may be obtained through the City’s Supplier Portal (Purchasing website: www.boston.gov/departments/procurement).
All Bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Snow Removal Services as needed
SCOPE OF WORK includes: provide snow removal services during snow events on an on-call basis for the following: Clearing of snow from sidewalks surrounding parks; Application of salt/sand to sidewalks surrounding parks.
Bids shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, August 31, 2023 and opened forthwith. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any and all bids, if it be in the Public Interest to do so.
SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday August 14, 2023, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time.
