Applicant Tracking and Absence Management System

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington Street, Roxbury, MA 02119, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites proposals for an Application Tracking/Talent Acquisition Management and Absence Management system that specializes in recruitment, hiring, and substitute coverage for K-12 education staff.

This system must be tailored to the needs of K-12 education and/or have experience serving K-12 clients and have enough flexibility to allow customization and configuration to meet the needs of a K-12 school district as outlined in the Request for Proposal.  

Proposals will be submitted through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents. 

Proposals shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, April 24, 2023, and open forthwith.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about, Monday, March 27, 2023, 12 p.m., Boston time.

If submitting via mail, offerors also have the option of delivering two (2) separate sealed envelopes, one containing the Technical. Proposal and one (1) electronic copy (thumb drive), labeled as “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL,” and the other containing the Price Proposal and one (1) electronic copy (thumb drive), labeled as “PRICE PROPOSAL.” before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, April 24, 2023, to: Nathaniel Carrington, Assistant Business Manager, Business Services, Finance Department, 4th Floor, Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington Street, Boston MA 02119.  Failure to submit separate sealed price and technical proposals shall result in disqualification of the entire proposal. 

The Term of the contract shall be for three years.
