Mattapan Branch of the Boston Public Library Wall Repair

The City of Boston, acting by the Trustee of the Public Library of the City of Boston, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites bids for the project listed above. Bids will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.

All bidders for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Mattapan Branch of the Boston Public Library Wall Repair.

SCOPE OF WORK includes: Repair front wall of the Boston Public Library Mattapan Branch.

SPECIFICATIONS will be available on or about: Monday, October 31, 2022, after 9:00 AM, Boston time. 

Bids shall be submitted on: Monday, November 21, 2022, before 12:00 PM, Boston time, and opened and evaluated accordingly. 

There will be an optional onsite walkthrough on: Thursday, November 10, 2022, at 9:00 AM at Mattapan Branch of the Boston Public Library, 1350 Blue Hill Avenue, Mattapan, MA 02126. Please RSVP by November 8, 2022, before 12:00 PM to business@bpl.org.

Prevailing Wage Rates apply, and a 5% bid deposit is required. Payment Bonds and Performance Bonds will also be required as per M.G.L. c. 149.
