Affordable Care Act Administration and Reporting
The City of Boston (“City”), acting through the Health Benefits Office, requests proposals from qualified bidders that can provide management and reporting to meet the requirements of the Affordable Care Act.
The term of the resulting contract will be effective for three-years as of October 1, 2022.
The RFP may be obtained on or after August 29, 2022 from the City’s purchasing website https://boston.gov/procurement (click on Supplier Portal) under EV00011177 or by e-mail to Joann Pizzarella.
All proposals shall be filed no later than 12:00 pm EST Thursday, September 22, 2022. Price and non-price proposals must be submitted separately according to the RFP directions.
The attention of all Proposers is directed to the provisions of the Request for Proposals and contract documents.
