Video Surveillance System, Storage, and Cameras
The City of Boston Public Schools (the City), acting by and through its Executive Director of Facilities Management (the Awarding Authority) is requesting proposals for the above-titled project, subject to all applicable provisions of law, including, without limitation, M.G.L. c30B, s5 as amended, and per the terms and conditions of the law of the contract documents entitled; “SELECTION AND PURCHASE OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM & STORAGE, AND CAMERAS."
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS will be available via the City’s purchasing website (boston.gov/procurement, click on “Go to Supplier Portal”) under Event ID EV00011016 from October 31, 2022, until the proposed deadline of November 14, 2022. No deposit is required; electronic request copies, send an email to bidderinfo@bostonpublicschools.org.
All proposals must be submitted via the supplier portal by noon on November 14, 2022, or to the Awarding Authority, 2nd floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, and opened forthwith. The scope of work is detailed in the bid package.
