The City of Boston (“the City”), acting by and through its Human Resources Director (‘the Official’), hereby requests sealed proposals from interested and qualified parties (“Offerors”) to provide unemployment compensation management services, in compliance with the responsibilities imposed by M.G.L. c. 151A Massachusetts Employment Security Law.

All proposals shall be submitted in strict conformance with the Request for Proposal (RFP), which will be posted on the City of Boston’s website and Supplier Portal at boston.gov/procurement under Event ID EV00009033, on or after 9:00 am, Boston time, on Monday March 29, 2021.

We strongly encourage participating Offerors to submit their proposal on-line. Both online and paper submissions will be due no later than 12:00 pm EST, Thursday, April 15, 2021.

The RFP contains both price and technical evaluation criteria.

The term of the contract shall not exceed there (3) years commencing on July 1, 2021.

Due to the public health emergency, our office is closed to the public. Please email purchasing@boston.gov to make an appointment to drop off a non-electronic bid before Thursday April 15, 2021.
