House Doctor Consulting Services
The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, acting by Facilities
Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue Dorchester, MA 02125, hereinafter referred to as
the Awarding Authority, hereby invites statements of qualifications (SOQ) for the
project listed above. SOQ’s will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of
Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.
All quotes for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in
accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: FY2022 -
FY2025 House Doctor Consulting Services on an As-Needed Basis at
Various Locations.
Scope of Work includes: Investigating, evaluating, and preparing certifiable
assessments, studies and/or final design and construction administration services for
new construction, renovation, alteration, modernization, and/or additions to various
facilities and sites.
Quotes shall be submitted before 12:00 Noon, Boston time, Tuesday, October 5,
2021 and opened forthwith. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any
informality, or to reject any and all quotes.
SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS: Will be available on Tuesday, September 7,
